Claims to be open 24/7 , burnt food , bad service

This morning we stopped at McDonald's Ermelo at 6:55 (in front of the huge billboard claiming they're open 24/7). We headed to go inside, only to find it's still closed. We went to the engin garage across the road to use the toilets, hoping when we get back it will be open. 7:15 the doors opened. No computers were switched on except for the one at the drive thru. The lady before us at the till had to walk through the kitchen to pay with her card, and had to abandon her son at the counter because he wasn't allowed to go in too. We decided to use the drive thru instead, but waited 20 minutes for our food! When we opened our sausage mc****ins, the ****ins were burnt black. Definitely the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant, nevermind \fast\"-food outlet."
