Chilli cheese fries with no jalapeño for the 2nd time

I was at McDonald Crown Mines this afternoon and bought Chilli Cheese Fries for R34.90, I was so disappointed yet again to get my fries without jalapeño pieces and this is happening for the 2nd time. It’s only fair for the store to advice customers if there a shortage of ingredients, we pay for those ingredients this is wrong and can’t keep on happening... worse thing this is at a drive through where you can’t first check your order because there’s other customers behind.

Very disappointed
