Chilli Cheese Fries with Jalapeños! Very disappointed!!

I've recently started enjoying your Chilli Mc Cheese Fries for a while because of the jalapeños adding a nice spicy flavor to it!

I was on duty tonight and decided to buy myself chilli cheese fries from Mc Donald's Pinelands Branch in Cape Town and when I arrived at work I found the fries and cheese without and I mean not even 1 jalapeño on the chips!

What's happening guys? Was it because they were in a hurry to go home?? Because I couldn't go back as they were about to close !

Any suggestions on how to fix your staffs mess??
