Child strangled and head bashed against a wall in McDonald's play play

I had the worse experience at McDonald's Southgate this past Saturday. My 7 year old son was strangled and had his head bashed against the wall in the play area by two older kids. Since the new renovations there is no place for parents to sit in the play area and it is now sound proof. I was sitting right outside the play area while my son was being attacked in the play place and couldn't hear a thing and it was in a blind spot. There was no child care minder in the play area. When my son report what had happened i went to speak to the manager to find out why they don't have anyone in the play area to ensure the kids safety, i even said that i normally sit in the play area to take care of my kids but since they took the chairs away i'm forced to it outside. The manager simply shrugged me off and went about sitting at the counter chatting on his phone. I sent an email to McDonald but no one has bothered to get back to me. They really do not care about the safety of the customers.
