Cheese burgers

I ordered 5 cheese burgers without pickles and onions and a small chips, firstly i waited a while, think they forgot to not add garnish, then when i received my order and i looked in the bag, the top burger was so badly made, the bottom bun and patty and top bun and cheese did not even aligned up, how difficult can it be to put to buns, a patty and a piece of cheese together, i asked for them to please do it over and see if the other was properly made.
