Cheese burger order gone wrong &why am I being charged a cancelation fee

I ordered a big mac meal & 2cheese burgers on the 5th of October 2025 via uber eats from McDonald's Ellis Park......I only received 1 cheese out of 2 & was charged a cancelation fee yet I didn't cancel the order......I called thier landline about 6times & no one picked up......my little gals were upset coz they eventually had to share 2 burgers.....it's my 1st time ordering via Uber eats & had a bad experience but I won't blame the driver......he is not the one who packed the order obviously. I have photos of my meals & my till slip &POP.
