Cheated out of money

<p>I went to Macdonals in Pretoria North, this morining, to buy a cappuchino, and a caramel cupa cake. After taking my order, and waiting about 4 min, the Manager came to us, to say that the ice cream machine is out of order, and they wont be able to give me the cup a cake. He said they can give a milkshake, which I did not want. I asked for a refund, and he said they don't do refunds. I asked for a burger for the same price of the cup a cake (R26). When i got to work, they gave me a cheeseburger (R15) and a HALF cup of cappuchino. I am unhappy, as we support MacDonalds a lot, and this is not how you treat PAYING Customers.</p>
