Charged incorrectly

<p>We placed an order over the phone to get our food delivered to us at work. They told us we should wait 30 minutes for our order to arrive. </p> <p>It took more than an hour for the food to arrive, we then decided to call the restaurant to find out if our order was on the way, I was placed on hold and they just told me the order is coming, no explanations whatsoever. When our food finally arrived the delivery guy was so rude, I asked why was I charged for a burger I was told was not on promotion anymore? He rep**** in a rude manner and said that the burger is the same and that the price is the same, with no explanation. I felt cheated but paid the amount anyways.. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their food was cold, the chips were spoilt as well as the lettuce and tomato in it. Not only was their service bad but their food was just as bad and to top it off I got charged more than the price I usually pay</p>
