Charged for extra source but it was not added

<p>On the 17/07/2017 at 19h21 i went and got myself the McDonald speacial for 2x medium big mac meal, which goes for R39.99. I requested that i have extra source which costs about R3.50. My first red flag was the fact that my bill was over R90.00 and when i enquired this they told me they added double source (which i did not ask for but i let it go) When i got home only to notice they did not even add the source i had asked for but i have been charged double. I contacted McDonald and they expected me to use my own fuel to rectify they own mistake. I refused to drive back as this was not my fault. They asked me to send them pictures of my burger which i did, they promised to deliver the correct order but after about 30 min of them not arriving i gave them a call again. They told me that their supervisor was nowhere to be found therefore cannot not deliver. I had to have my burgrer dry. I am extrememly unhappy about this this service and the fact that i had to be the one calling them using my airtime and asking if they will deliver on a mistake that was on their side, asking me to return to the store using my fuel because it will be more convenient to to them!!!!!</p>
