Charged cancelled order

I am so unhappy with mrd for an order made on 23 August at Mcdonald Pritchard street. I was charged for an order which was cancelled due to system issue eereby the cards n atms were not working n this was also communicated with the driver I would like my account to be refunded as this is daylight ******* n if this is how you treat your customers its so unacceptable
