Charged and not given food

On Saturday the 17th March we bought food at the McDonald's on Hamilton road Pretoria the charges went through on my husband's phone and they refused to give us out food stating they had no proof. I showed them the bank account and still they refused. The manager was down right rude as though we were *****ing their R200. They told us frequently on the 15th there system goes offline. They don't tell you not to buy from them on those days. I tried to complain to head office and they aren't even open from Friday. So in future I will not be supporting Sipho and his team ever again as they are rude and they represent a company that clearly can't care less about their customers.
