Chaos at MacDonalds in Bergview

MacDonalds Bergview on N3 highway between Durban and Joburg a disaster. Self service machines out of paper. No ice cream. Restaurant packed but clients very patient. One man waiting for 2 chips for 30 min. Received only one packed of chips but unwilling to wait any longer so left. The Manager came out after him, told other clients he was lying about the two chips and shouted that he must "***of" when he had left. Lots of commotion in the kitchen. No one speaks English. No one can come out and let clients know what is happening with their orders. Really a disaster. Found the same service at MacDonalds in Klipriver, Joburg.
