Card Machine Decline

disgusting money was taken off my account for a order but their card machine said declined after showing them bank statements all they had to say was the money is up in the air and we cannot give you your order . telling me that it will auto refund but nothing no feed back from the website complaint no call center number . staff say a decline is a decline and they cant do nothing as its my bank but the money has gone out my account . left with no help rude staff and 4 unhappy kids
