Capitec and McDonald's

I'm so disappointed and angry at the same time. I went to buy 2 meals at Mcd and was billed both times and I saw on my balance the money was deducted, Capitec has this annoying thing of saying transactions r pending yet the account is billed. It happened that day that they took the money yet on the transactions it was pending but I saw that the money was taken from my account.

Few weeks later I saw that the same amounts were deducted at about 4:24pm, that time I was at home nowhere near Mcdz yet it showed that my acc was billed again. I wrote to Mcds page which I'm not sure who runs it but that person is just not professional I'm sorry and they cannot reason. The dialogue is so messy it is like I'm talking to a person who suffers memory loss😭😭 I went to the bank, they informed me that I was billed twice, the shop should indeed refund me. But the page keeps on saying I should go back to the bank. I understand 140r is a little amount but it is mine🤔 and was taken without my permission. How did they even manage to bill me twice without my presence? I'm not the only one who experienced this Capitec and Mcd kanti nenzan lapho🤔
