Can't place delivery orders

We have been sttuggling to place orders for delivery for the past few weeks. The app will no longer accept orders or it does accept the order but the order never arrives. We try calling the store and the store refers us to the call centre. The call centre says there is nothing they can do if the store chooses not to deliver. What is the point of advertising a delivery service if you dont deliver? This branch also NEVER has the kids toys advterised for that week. We struggle to get complete sets of the toys because they are always ojt of stock or have not yet received stock of the new toy. They are always rude about, rolling their eyes at my dissatisfaction as a customer. I honestly do not understand how this lack of customer care can continue.
