Cant get the basics right

I went to McD's Okavango on Friday. Just came from work and went to buy a Happy Meal for my son. I specifically told them just the burger and the bun NOTHING ELSE. after spending time in the drive-through at the collection window I had to wait 5min extra for my order. Again I told them not to put anything on the burger ( Check ur camera footage) and to my surprise they got the order again(again yes because this is not the first time this branch got the orders wrong). Since this branch opened I have asked them to correct the Telephone number on the slip. I have the correct number but got no answer. I called ur customer care but the only work 8-5 Mon-Fri for a restaurant that operates 24hrs.... I filled in the online call back but now call back received till today(Thanks). there is just so much wrong and one cant highlight them all but PLEASE TRY TO GET THE BASICS RIGHT!!!!!!
