Can't get coffee at McDonald's 😭

I am very disappointed with the services of McDonald's at forest drive pinelands. Went through the drive through last week,ordered coffee.I specifically asked for milk. When I got to work, my coffee was black..I was so frustrated. Second time, again at the drive through waited in the queue for 15 minutes,then told at the window that they have no milk..btw.the intercom broken. Poor service!!! How come you guys have no milk?? And why can't I get what I ordered?
