Cancelled order without acknowledgment

McDonald’s Capricon, their customer service is very poor. I’ve placed an order got held up for 2 hours when i got there they told me they can not find my order on their system. Waiting and waiting and non proper response till they called someone else only to let me know that If you place an order for two hours and more it will be cancelled. Bear in mind they have my details and I didn’t even get a call but they just cancelled it without my knowledge. Went there to collect very hungry with my 1 year old daughter and what a disappointment I’m very upset and I’m deleting my app
