Can't get simple order right or work a drivethru

Today, 4 February 2015 at 14:30 on the dot I ordered a simple Double BBQ medium meal. First, for whatever reason they TRIPLED my order which took some time to rectify. I then had to park my car to receive my order, despite there being only 4 cars in front of me.<br> <br> Eventually, after 20 minutes of waiting, I had to go into the store to collect what was by now a cold meal, was never offered an apology or an explanation as to why they didn't bring the food out as they were suppose to nor why they were so inefficient in that they couldn't give me my order immediately.<br> <br> Next time I might as well park my car and go into the building to order my food. Oh wait, after this there will not be a next time.
