can i please be reimbursed?

Last night i ordered A Mcfeast meduim meal and my friend ordered a mcchicken burger, small fries and small coke at the drive through at the Ellis Park Mcdonald's. When we got to the window where we paid in the drive through we noticed on the receipt that a foldover had been added which we did no order costing R35, we then proceeded to ask the staff about this foldover that was on our receipt stating that it was a mistake and that they should reimburse us of this money. Because i had paid with my card the guy behind the counter said he could not reimburse and that should take something else off the menu at the same value (R35) which i declined because that would be a waste and i would need eat it. He then attempted to reimburse my money by taking me back to the cash register in the drive through area i paid at, he swiped my card and it then deducted another R35 from my account, which is now R70.00 removed from my account. On top of this they had messed up our order completely. so in the end i did not get my money back and the food we received was not what we ordered. i got a spicy McFeast meal, a coke instead of fanta, my friend did not even receive his mcchicken burger.
