Called me stupid

Absolutely unacceptable service from Macdonalds in commercial road Port Elizabeth. I placed an order and wanted to change one item I was called names by the teller, I was belittled and verbally abused. I was then told I cannot make any changes to my order. I asked to see the manager and another staff member acted like the manager and told me to take what I get. Very dissatisfied I left and will never return and will be sure to pass on my experience to all, so that no one else will ever endure what I had to.
