Call Center and Manager do nothing to keep the clients happy

I made an order on the application, after the estimated time for delivery I saw that my order was canceled, I phoned in and got a very rued call center agent stating that the driver was in the office and that he did not reach me that's why he decided to go back. I was waiting for the driver in the office and he never even came near the office. After they told me that I will receive my order in the next 15min and that they are sending the driver now, again I waited 30min. Then the manager told me that thats it and not his problem. I am so unhappy with their services and hopes that head office see this, as to make sure all your clients are happy, because if it was my company I would have climbed in a hole if my employees were this arrogant with my clients!
