Call and collect what s sham

On quite a few occasions i call Mc Donalds to place an order for collection but when you get there the order is not prepared neither do any of the staff know who took the order so u have place the order again and wait in line. There is a reason why we call and collect but seems like its too hard for the staff to understand that.. Will never waste my time and airtime there again much as i love McDonalds i can stay without it and that rude staff. When u tell tgem to cancel the order because u cant wait they give u attitude like yeah we dont need ur money anyway but they just employees... So over McDonalds Cradlestone
