Busisiwe vasi the manager who doesn't care

Went to Carlton center in Johannesburg today, and stopped by Mc Donald, the experience was terrible to say the least and there was nothing to love. The air-con wasn't working and it was lunch hour, and the place was packed, the heat was uncomfortable. As we queued there was a lady behind the counter scream at the top of her lungs order numbers, and would also mention that this isn't a restaurant customers need to come and collect their own food, and could keep their tips, i later found out that this lady was the manager.

I asked to speak to the manager regarding the air-con , she rudely ignored me and wouldn't address me.

It's terrible to experience such poor service, I doubt my experience would've been the same if i was in Sandton.
