Burnt Sausage Mc****in served with a bad attitude

This morning I went to the above mentioned fast food restaurant and purchased a sausage Mc****in . The patty was horribly burnt and it tasted really bad . I then approached a store manager to ask her to change it for me . She was rude and just grabbed it from my hand and threw it in the bin . She didn't even apologise for the burnt patty . She opened the till and threw my money back on the counter and said Black people always like to complain . She then walked away and left me standing there in total dismay . I have never been so embarrassed in my life . Who knew buying food from McDonald's would be such an ugly experience . If i go there again it will be too soon . Iv never seen black on black ************** in a long time . Its shocking how uneducated restaurant managers are ..
