Burnt petty and bad customer service

On the 29th of April 2018 between 3:50 and 04:00 my friends where at McDonalds Chris Hani Mall Vosloorus drive thru. The guy who took our orders was super rude and did not have any idea what customer service is, when he took our orders he sounded very rude and very impatient to a point where where asked the manager who was on duty to remove him , she agreed to doing so however you can tell it was just to bluff us because she was smiling at as as if we were a bunch of drunkards. if she was serious about moving him she should have pulled him aside privately not scream from the pick up point to the the pay point. Now the main issue here is that when we drove off we noticed that our patty's were all burnt to a point where you can taste that it was burnt, it was very difficult eating those Mcfest delux burgers it was so unfortunate that we had not energy to drive back to complain because of the kind of service that was provided from the moment we ordered our burgers. Vosloorus Mcdonald staff need to go for a customer service course and the mangers need to also go for a management course because clearly they all do not have an idea of how what TCF is. I am highly ****ed at the fact that we bought 4 burnt burgers that we did not enjoy at all. Do something with your stuff if they can not prepare proper food for us get rid of them, we pay to get proper, good food not burnt food.
