Burnt MacDonald burger

This is the highest level of incompetencey i have seen i was served a burger with that was crisp and reeked like charcoal the burger was tasteless and as I complained i was told it was the sauce on the burger that made it taste that way, even though you can see that the burns have been s****ped off the burger. The stuff member refered to as happy told me that the burger was made like that but it does not look like what was on the menu. Very disappointing i could have given them zero stars if i could.
