Burnt FOOD!!!

<p>I just bought food at McDonald's in Wynberg Cape Town. My slip was 214 for a Mc Royale Burger. The patty is totally burnt and there is just tomato sauce on it, a Mc Royale burger has the dressing not just tomato sauce. It even taste salty and burnt. I have called them 100 times and no one is picking up and I've even taken pictures of the food before I three it away. This is the third time I have an issue with them. The last time I bought breakfast and asked for no milk in my coffee and when I got to work I found milk when I called the manager said the shop is too busy for anyone to do anything about it and dropped the phone. The second time I never got my cool drink and it was another episode. We buy food with money we work for, we are not getting for free.</p>
