Burnt chocolate pie and extremely slow service

UberEats dessert order was extremely late. Restaurant took over an hour to prepare a Chocolate pie which is frozen, a McFlurry and a milkshake. Chocolate pie was burnt and tasted horrible. Three drivers cancelled due to the lack of service from the restaurant.
