Burnt chicken

<p>I went to McDonald's in Carlton centre Johannesburg, ordered a chicken big Mac as I do not eat red meat. My food came and I was given a very very bad chicken it was hard as rock so I returned the food back to the counter to explain what's going on , they didn't even apologize just took out the bad piece of chicken and replaced it with another bad one. As hungry as I was i couldn't finish that meal as my appetite was already ruined. I understand they have the special things going on for the big Mac however it is only fair that they Make sure that we get well made food it's not like I got it for free. Bad bad customer service if you ask me and the food was even worse.</p>
