Burned Patty

On Saturday 1 October 2017 me and my friend went into your Strand branch. I always order the bbq double, but my friend suggested we get a quater pouder on take away. When arriving at home we opened our meals and found that the patty was burned and awfully dry mine and hers. We could not finish our meals ..as we were disgusted by the quality.
