burger order incorrect.

i ordered a burger from mcdonalds durban road this morning at 8.21.

order ***.

a spicy mcfeast alcarte via uber eats. after leaving strict instructions for them saying no mayo hot sauce only.

the burger arrived with two sauces on it a spicy sauce and a whitish sauce.

i then called them at 8h58 to advise that this burger has a mayo sauce and spicy sauce with it. the manager then said i need to contact uber eats as there is a problem with there app. i then asked him why i should phone uber eats.he then advised he will call me back.15 min later still no call.i then called them and the person who made up the order answered. she advised that there was definitely no mistake made with my order cause she put on the correct sauce.

she asked me to taste the sauce,I then advised that my colleague tasted and that he advised its mayo.she said this cannot be. i am really disgusted by the manager and his staff for there lack of people s****s. all i wanted was just for my burger with my hot sauce as ordered.

Not a Manager and Staff with attitude. i contacted the call centre and waiting on a reply.

its 10H05 and still nothing.
