I am fuming, disappointed and annoyed!

Placed order just before 19:45 showed we will get order at 20:14. When we track order via app only states order received.. .how helpful. Eventually got an email showing food collected at store at 20:33.

The link one gets from Mc Donald to track order is the most useless ever. Doesn't show the drivers movement or even give an option to call or communicate with driver.

20:51 got an email saying order canceled....***! After waiting so long without any form of text or phone call communication either then emails that weren't really helpful.

The McDonald's app shows Chat with us but the option isn't there. How helpful is that! You can't even get proper contact us details....had to go to find store in order to get email address.

I'm out of words now due to how agitated I am!
