Bugs in Food

A month ago I bought a meal a McDonald’s Hillfox worth R227 and we found a dead fly and bug skin in our meal the folder over was hard as a rock like it was over warmed. I wrote and email the same day to customer services and they rep**** back asked for a contact number. The worst part is we only got a call back 2 weeks later from the Hillfox agent and he expected us to still have the meal even though we had sent pictures as proof of what we found in our food, he said he’d get back to me but now it is a whole month later and still no call back. 2 weeks ago I visited the restaurant and I spoke to the manager explaining the situation and he said he would pass my number on to the restaurant agent who deals with such complains. And again I AM STILL WAITING.
