Bugs in food

I had downloaded the MacDonald's app and order food, however upon arrival of my food we had found a huge (live) bug in the food, I called the branch back and was met with rudeness and no way of resolving the matter, they refuse to help me in anyway possible, I called MacDonald's head office and it basically the same, no help at all this is really disappointing
