Bug found in Mc Donald's ice-cream

I'm actually very disappointed with Mc Donald's. I've had so many issues with Mc Donald's and it only gets worse. I tried calling the Mc Donald's countless times however they didn't answer. I had bought an ice cream today and there was bug in the ice cream. I only saw it after I drove off. It's actually sad that they don't check their stuff before they give their customers. I would really appreciate feedback.
