Broken Boom Gate repair

Mc Donalds driver ran in to our boom gate at Urban Ridge south, we reported the problem and now we either can't get through to the Blue Hills restaurant, the restaurant's manager is never there and the customer care gave me a wrong number to call. I am really frustrated right now and cannot get help.
