Brilliant service

I went to brackendowns mcdonalds and we only had 10mins left to redeem but the machines had a problem after redeeming it gave me an error....a very helpful manager by the name of Nonhlanhla came en helped without no hassle or wat other managers would say that there's nothing they can do coz it's da system...but this lady was on point....I think more managers should help instead of saying there's nothing they can do!! Great service Nonhlanhla thank you! Il definitely come bk to this mcdonalds.
