Breakfast items missing

I have been at McDonald's this morning for a breakfast and ordered a big breakfast for two, only to find out when walking upstairs found out our hash brown is missing, this made me to rush down to make them aware without any apology from any of the staff.<br> When the manager arrived knowing what the problem was, still ask what was the problem. When I told him I will have to take this one on Hello Peter his reply was who is Peter, then I still had to educate the manager. Shows you that McDonald's Commercial road have no idea about service as this is not the first time we had an unpleasant experience at that McDonald's.<br>
