Break-in at MAcdonalds Waterkloof.

I frequented the establishment on Thursday 12 April at 18:30. I armed my vehicle and entered the premises (5 meters from the entrance). The security guard from Venus Security was sitting on the veranda looking at us. When I returned I found my vehicle was broken into and laptop bag ******. When I confronted the security, he did not see or hear anything - I don't believe him. The manager told me a few minutes earlier he told the guard to leave the premises and patrol because there are regular incidents. The security was negligent and the break-in would not have happened had be been vigilant. Venus security did not take responsibility and advised me to contact Macdonalds. I tried to contact Macdonalds via email and the manager Johannes told me it is with 'Customer Care' - who keeps ignoring my emails. The point is no one is taking responsibility and I suffered damages to the value of R37k. To keep ignoring me is not going to solve the problem.
