Brackenfell McDonald's WORST Service

I was at Brackenfell McDonald's and ordered on the self service machine. The money was deducted from my account but the order didn't go through, even though I swiped multiple times on different cards. It was a problem with their machine. After spending an hour there to fix the mistake my money was returned and when I then wanted to pay for my order they said the order was gone. I had redeemed vouchers and they couldn't be recovered. They took out one of their and told me they could only redeem one voucher at a time so I would've had to swipe my card multiple times and paid extra bank fees. I left after that and will never return.
