BOUGHT FOOD AND WASNT GIVEN ALL THAT I ORDERED EVEN THOUGH I PAID

Earlier this morning I went to the Maitland (Cape Town) and ordered Chicken Spicy Combo meal and a folder over and paid for them both for a total cost of R95. They gave me the only the chicken burger meal buy no folder over wrap even though i paid for it! This afternoon around 4pm I went to the outlet again, and explained to them that they did not give me the full order, after waiting for approx. 10 mins with no assistance waiting for the manager on duty, I decided to leave as the tellers kept wasted my time with unnecessary questions like asking me about slips, which I misplaced but I have proof of payment of the R95 for the order on my banking app as I paid with my carf and surely the proof is also available. I eventually decided to leave as it seemed as though the manager was not going to come assist me. This utterly unacceptable, it's one thing to ill-treat me for asking for assistance but it's another to let me pay for a whole order and get half of the stuff!!! Atleast give me my money bac**** Thank u!!!
