Bluff McDonald's terrible

McDonalds South Africa, Bluff towers, kzn is absolutely terrible. Firstly they cheat the timer by asking customers in the drive thru to reverse and wait until their food is ready then they can move forward to collections. They've been out of Jelopno sauce for 3 weeks but fail to put up a sign, they waste my time and petrol just because they cant put up a sign! When asking them to put up a sign they use bad excuses like saying it must have fallen off but there is no sign to fall off! Never taking my business there again
