Never have I ever been this disappointed with McDonald's!

My husband and I went to McDonald's Waterfall, in Rustenburg on the 23rd of September 2023 around 8pm for dinner. We've never been so disappointed & irritated with both our meals. They were what one would call a hot mess!

My husband ordered a Mc Feast with Mocha & I ordered a Mc Chicken with a Water Melon Mc Fizz. Guess what we received... :

1. Both buns were burnt (still have pictures) 2. Both burgers had NO LETTUCE & no one bothered alerting us before purchasing. I mean what's a Mac Donald's burger without their famous crunchy lettuce? 3. I was given Passion Fruit Mc Fizz & told me after I enquired about my drink that they don't have watermelon flavor. 4. The Mc Feast came with Big Mac Buns instead of the normal Mc Feast buns & with a husband that orders this meal as his go to, this was quiet a turn off. 5. The mocha came with no stirring s**** and sugar. We were even afraid to request because we didn't want to be told that they don't have it plus the ambiance wasn't really chappy. 6. Both burger patties were burnt and dry. Where also, my Mc chicken came with CHEESE, which is an allergen for starters, secondly, it wasn't offered as an alternative I just saw it there after tasting it and lastly, I personally think it was a bad combination cause it just didn't taste right. 7. And lastly everything came in a takeaway bag, whereas we requested a sit down and we're even given a table number.

I even tried to be discrete about it by writting them a complaint on their email platform and they still haven't responded since the 25th of September. Hopefully this platform will give them a wake up call on how to attend to their customer complaints.
