Blatant disrespect from delivery driver

I ordered from McDelivey today & the delivery arrived with drinks spilt. However this is not the complaint. Since my drinks were spilt, I decided not to tip the driver, we generally get deliveries from the same driver & always tip him 10 to 20% of our bill, he then proceeded to ask me “no tip for me?” I told him “Unfortunately not today” & handed him my card to process the payment. Upon handing the card machine back to me, I saw he took it upon himself to add a R20 to the total. It’s not really about the R20 but the principle of the matter, blatant theft & disrespect towards customers.
