Blady Disappointed

<p>After work this evening I went to mcdonalds drive through- I ordered a grand chicken spicy with white sauce (mayo) and a strawberry shake. The lady taking the order sounded as if she was asleep and clearly not interested at the next window I made payment and carried on as I was moving forward to collect the slip said Medium Coke. When I got to the window the lady handed me a coke and I asked what is this she said coke let me see your slip I said I did not ask for coke. Then a guy who prepares the food came to the window and said I have to pay an extra R10 to get a shake, I said bring me a card machine to pay it and the guy said there's no machine I should either come around again or come inside to pay. At this point I'm very annoyed because firstly the drive through is there because I did not want to get OUT the drive through is meant for convenience!!! I then just went inside and the manager a woman (I didn't get her name) I walked in and said I'm here to get my order the manager says the one with the shake I said yes she rings up a shake and says I have to pay the R10 because the girl at the window voided the first order and ordered again. Already annoyed this woman insists I should pay and says I paid for a coke I said it's not my fault she rang up a Coke I did not ask for this! She calls the girl and she apologized to me saying she heard Coke very annoyed I said to her next time listen and also you sound as if you asleep when taking orders she says sorry again, the manager now says so you can pay since you are here after this attitude I'm ****ed off and said you missing the point and she denies it says no she's not I have to pay. Angrily I said get my order so I can leave get the shake I need to leave she insists I pay that R10 at this point I refused and said again I will not pay anything get me my order so I can leave please. She then proceeds to getting the order and giving me a slip to fill in my details I took my things and left only to get home and find hair in my fries as well. What the hell? Seriously McDonald's I'm disgusted in the attitude and refusal from the manager, the poor manner of customer service from the girl taking my order and the blady nerve of the other employee telling me to get out of the car and come inside to pay a damn R10!! And the cherry on top filthy unhygienic hair in the food!</p>
