Birthday party not what they promised

hi. i had my daughters birthday party on Saturday 9/4/2016 at your Mitchells plain branch. first of all i was a little late and when i arrived i had to wait a hour to be attended to. the place was extremely warm with no air con and the children were complaining. we had to go and get the children's drinks our self as they were taking to long to bring it as well as the food i had to fetch it self. i was promised the children will get a goody bag with goods in it for the children but i only received an activity book with 2 balloons and a happy meal toy. they promised that the birthday girl would get a photo frame which she didn't get. no face painting or any activities with the children but yet when i asked for the manager to come see me all she did was asked for the money and she had a bad attitude. THE CAKE WAS HORRIBLE. i am very disappointed because this was my child's birthday and i will not advise anybody to give a party at McDONALS
