birthday party at Mcdonalds

On Friday 31 July 2015 I booked to have my nephews birthday party at Mcdonalds Upington. Before I booked I checked with the Mcdonalds in cape town where I was informed that the cost would be R12.50 per child and I would have to purchase a meal for each child. I was informed that a cake would be provided, gift for the child as well as face painting and balloons for the children and a party pack. With this information I contacted the Upington branch where the party was to be held. I was informed that the cost would be R75 per child and all of the above would be included. To my surprise the party pack only contained drawing paper ie. no goodies. The happy meals did not come with any toys. I was informed that the person who does the face painting is new and was not at work. I paid R750 for the day and would have paid R400 if the party was in Cape town. I feel they were ill prepared and I did not get my monies worth at all. When I phoned the store to ask why I did not receive all I was promised they were not able to provide me with answers. I feel like I was ********** and did not get my money's worth at all as I only got half of what I was promised. I am very unhappy.
