Birch Acres McDonald must shut down

This outlet should just close down or get a new franchisee. Today at 18h00, the place was so filthy, we called the manager but the guy told me to go back and he will send someone. We ate our food in filth and no one came to clean. I wish I was able to send pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. They are forever out of menu items, I couldn't believe the day they told me they didn't have lettuce
