Big Black Hair as dressing on my burger

I ordered via ubereats a burger at Mcdonalds (Grand Chicken Spicy). The burger was delivered and I paid for delivery at about R20 and a tip for the driver of R22. I opened my burger to take off what seemed like excessive lettuce, and there was a huge thick and long black hair in my food. I tried calling the store manager, I have laid a complaint on their website and still nothing. Haasendal Mcdonalds - what kind of protocols, if any, are you following if there is hair in my burger?
